Salem Bangalora mango is an indigenous native variety of Salem. It is an emerging variety of mangoes, yet to be popular and introduced across Tamil nadu. Salem Bengalura has special tatse that can be compared with other top variety of mangoes like Alphonso, Imam Pasand. It has yellowish orange pulp on ripening and weighs around 250 to 450 gms per mango.

Sendura mango also known as honey mango due to its tatse and nature. The pulp of the fruit is very soft and melts in the mouth. Senthoora name is derieved from sindhura flower, a popular flower in and around Tamil Nadu which is mild reddish in color.
